What I'm looking for

I'm looking for global remote opportunities where I can troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, automate support operations, strengthen production reliability, and grow across DevOps and cloud engineering.

At Zadara Technologies, I troubleshoot private-cloud and object-storage environments, resolving VLAN instability, VIP failover, ARP conflicts, and IP/subnet provisioning issues.

I've built production-grade Python and Bash automation for infrastructure health monitoring, reporting, and alerting, integrating scheduled workflows with Slack and cloud storage. I also harden internal tooling through secure credential handling, data-integrity fixes, and failure alerts.

Previously at Accenture, I managed RHEL server provisioning, patching, upgrades, incident response, root cause analysis, and enterprise infrastructure changes. I led associates in server operations and created SOPs and knowledge-base articles to improve operational consistency.

I hold an MCA focused on AI/ML and bring hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux, Ansible, Jenkins, and cloud support automation.
