I’m a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer supporting enterprise applications and middleware platforms, with 1+ year of experience across production support, incident management, and infrastructure monitoring.

I provide production support for environments including Apache Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server (WAS ND), and TIBCO, and I troubleshoot issues using log analysis and root-cause identification. I also manage incident management and ticket resolution using ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance.

I enjoy making operations smoother through automation scripting with Python for operational tasks, and I work on server health checks and monitoring to keep high application availability. I collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues and participate in incident reviews to improve system stability.

My technical foundation includes Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Python, PowerShell), plus hands-on exposure to Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts. Through projects, I’ve built AWS Infrastructure automation using Terraform (EC2, VPC, Security Groups, IAM, Route53) and developed an end-to-end CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins with Docker, GitHub webhooks, and Kubernetes-based deployment workflows.
