I am a DevOps Support Engineer with around 2 years of hands-on experience automating cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows. I focus on improving system reliability and operational efficiency through automation and collaboration.
At my current role I provide operational support for AWS environments, build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to ensure repeatable, scalable deployments.
I containerize applications with Docker, support Kubernetes cluster operations, and configure Nginx for traffic routing and high availability. I also monitor systems with New Relic and drive incident resolution through ServiceNow.
I document runbooks and operational guides, perform root-cause analysis to reduce MTTR, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment workflows and production stability.
