What I'm looking for

I am seeking mid or senior roles in investment banking, corporate finance or sales where I can lead deal execution, grow client relationships, and support capital-raising in Mexico and Latin America. I also have the optionality to land in Spain quickly.

I am an investment banking, corporate finance and sales professional with over 15 years of experience advising on M&A, structured credit, private credit, and capital raising across Mexico and Latin America. I have led cross-functional teams, executed complex transactions, and supported institutional client relationships at firms including R2 Responsible Research, Interacciones, and HSBC.

As Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at R2 Responsible Research, I built business development operations, negotiated multi-year advisory contracts, coordinated capital-raising initiatives, and mentored junior analysts on valuation and research methodologies. My hands-on entrepreneurial experience includes founding and operating multiple ventures where I managed P&L, fundraising, operations, and investor negotiations.

I bring strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, LBO understanding), deep knowledge of Mexican and Latin American markets, and proven sales and negotiation capabilities. I am focused on delivering structured, client-centered finance solutions and growing high-performing teams in advisory and capital markets roles.
