At Quantum Grupo, I oversee finance-side planning across three related companies and multiple development projects. I work with executive management, lenders, legal counsel, project teams, and sales on investment scenarios, bridge-financing packages, debt-service forecasts, and liquidity controls.
I designed and directed the functional development of Finance Hub, connecting budgets, cash flows, sales, receivables, project inventory, and banking data into executive decision-support workflows. My work has also supported residential development financing, including lender approvals and closing execution for an MXN 87.28M bridge financing.
Earlier, I analyzed SME investments and lending needs at Capital Activo and commercial loan requests at Banorte. My experience also includes campus finance coordination at UNEA and economic policy analysis for the Baja California Legislature.
