What I'm looking for

I'm interested in applying my transaction and modeling experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions in Latin America.

At RookEdge Capital, I originate and execute corporate finance and M&A advisory opportunities. I developed a mandate from the initial client relationship through valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction execution.

I build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario cases, and prepare pitches, teasers, and investor presentations. I also coordinate due diligence workstreams and conduct company and market research to support transaction positioning and investor mapping.

At EON Assets, I designed and evaluated options strategies using derivatives pricing, volatility, and scenario analysis. Earlier, at Online Vision, I led business development and commercial negotiations, restructured the supplier base, and contributed to a 25% increase in monthly sales and a 15% reduction in operating costs.
