What I'm looking for

A fully remote coaching role helping business owners grow the business and themselves. Sales, profit, team and leadership, plus mindset, confidence, accountability and behaviour change. I work through one-to-one and group coaching and workshops. Ideally a high performance team where coaches are measured on client results. Melbourne based. AU and NZ time zones, North American hours workable.

I coach business owners to grow sales and profit, build stronger leaders and get themselves out of the middle of their own business.

Through Alan Borges Pty Ltd, I coach owners of $2M to $5M businesses with teams of 5+ on profit, team and growth strategy. I build growth roadmaps with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets. I back them up with the systems, SOPs, and cash flow forecasts that turn inconsistent revenue into predictable results.

I also co-founded The Healthy Diary, a coaching business focused on mindset, performance and behaviour change. It has generated $1.47M in trading income, with 97% client satisfaction and 96% program adherence. I own the P&L, pricing, marketing and team.

Before that, I led multi-site business performance and leadership programs for multiple national franchises. I co-designed a national leadership program that helped grow sales from $240K to $360K a week across 12 locations.

I'm set up for remote delivery and already work across Australian and New Zealand time zones.
