I have led national teams, full P&L accountability to EBIT, and major transformation projects including brand consolidation and food strategy rollouts in partnership with BCG and McKinsey.
Key achievements include delivering record EBITDA improvements during COVID-19, executing a brand consolidation that improved cash by $2.5M, reducing occupancy costs by $1.5M, and generating significant revenue from early adopter channels.
