I am an experienced IT professional with extensive hands-on background in server administration, technical support, and hardware repair acquired across retail and corporate environments. I have supported Windows server and client platforms, virtualization, email systems, backup and recovery, and network device setup and troubleshooting.

Throughout more than a decade of progressive IT roles, I led technical teams, managed server operations, configured and rebuilt servers, recovered data, and trained new staff to elevate support quality. I have direct experience diagnosing desktop and laptop failures, service engineering, printer and copier integrations, and deploying software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, AutoCAD, Oracle, and Pervasive.
