I’ve supported patients and customers through phone, live chat, email, and in-person help, keeping appointments and follow-ups on track with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Google Workspace.

At Jcpmax Med Diagnostic Center, I logged and resolved inquiries in Freshdesk and Zendesk, updated customer interactions in Pipedrive, and worked with medical and administrative teams using Zoom, Google Meet, and Trello.

Earlier, I managed help desk tickets from creation to resolution using Zendesk and Freshdesk, investigated issues, escalated complex cases, and built knowledge base articles and reusable response templates. I’ve also administered Freshdesk/Zoho workflows, including automations, macros, and performance reporting.
