What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Customer Support role where I can bring my written communication skills, remote work readiness, and experience handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and managing records.

At Jahlen High School, I serve as a first point of contact for parents, students, and staff, responding to enquiries about admissions, fees, schedules, and complaints through WhatsApp, phone, and email.

I maintain student, staff, and financial records, and draft responses to parent concerns. I also coordinate calendars, meetings, and daily administrative operations.

Previously, as a Front Desk Officer at Noble Automated Services, I handled customer enquiries, billing, and order processing. I’m seeking to bring my customer support and administrative experience to a remote Customer Support role.
