I’m looking to lead working capital and trade finance client growth, drive portfolio performance and digital adoption, and deliver AML/KYC-compliant solutions in a performance-driven team.

I’m a Relationship Manager focused on growing SME and HNI portfolios through trade forex, supply chain finance, working capital, treasury sales, bullion limits, and connected banking—driving measurable outcomes with strict AML, KYC, and trade compliance.

I shifted more than 100% of clients onto an online trade platform (as on 5th Aug 2019) and achieved trade asset disbursement targets for FY19 with retail and SME lending. I’ve also been recognized with multiple awards, including ETRG – LOMBARD MISSION 150 CR (June 2018) and ETRG GOLD CLUB WINNER (Nov 2018), while helping teams qualify for contests and delivering fee income through trade forex, bullion deals, and insurance (including ~1 crore fees in portfolio via trade activities). Currently, I handle client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and portfolio management across working capital and trade finance using platforms and tools that support digital remittances and trade transactions (including trade online for trade forex and bank guarantee workflows), while continuously feeding product improvements from market research and client feedback.
