What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to a dynamic organization through talent acquisition, delivering high-quality hires and continuously improving recruitment processes.

At RSA Security, I manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding across multiple functions. I partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.

I use direct sourcing through job boards, social media, and professional networks, and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews. I also build talent pipelines and support strategic hiring initiatives, including diversity-focused recruitment.

Previously at RSA Security, I provided HR operational support across onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and benefits administration. I also analyzed HR data and reports and presented insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.

At Aramex International, I supported day-to-day HR operations, maintained employee records, processed onboarding and offboarding, and generated Excel reports. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Law in Strategic and Business Sectors and a DALF C1 French language certificate.
