I’m an Operations and Data Management professional who thrives on turning messy business information into reliable, automated workflows. I design systems that support data collection, organization, record management, and everyday operational decision-making.

My hands-on work includes creating automated workflows using Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail automation, and spreadsheet-based business systems. I focus on accuracy and structure—building solutions that keep records clean and make processes repeatable for teams.

In my project experience, I designed and deployed a customer registration system for Denco Laundry using Google Forms and Google Sheets, including automatic customer ID generation and automated email notifications. I also built a student admission data collection system for BIA, organizing applicant data to support efficient admission processing.

I’ve additionally created business dashboard spreadsheets showing revenue, customer counts, payment status, and operational summaries through charts and automated calculations. In my Admin & Operations Support role at Denco Grooming Limited, I manage customer records, maintain digital forms, automate business processes with Google Workspace tools, and support operational reporting using structured documentation.
