What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own data end-to-end—cleaning, building dashboards/tools, ensuring data quality and governance, and translating customer or business needs into practical implementations that leadership can trust.

I’m a Data and Operations Analyst with almost 10 years' experience across market research, e-commerce, logistics, edtech and technology services. I build the reporting, CRM and quality-control infrastructure that helps businesses trust their own numbers—from field data collection and validation through dashboards leadership actually uses. I’m comfortable owning a problem end to end: cleaning the data, building the tool, and presenting the answer.

Most recently, I ran customer discovery, solution mapping and implementation for enterprise clients across African markets as a Customer Solution Architect, preparing Statements of Work, proposals and onboarding documentation while coordinating deployment and training. Previously, I led end-to-end data operations at Market Trends International, building the quality-control framework the team now runs on, automating quota tracking and field monitoring, and improving accuracy for 150+ qualitative interviews and 2,000+ biometric datasets (lifting dataset accuracy by up to 40%).
