I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve customer issues, manage high-volume interactions, collaborate across teams, and contribute to strong customer satisfaction and service delivery.

At RedCloud Technologies, I handle 70–100+ daily customer interactions across phone, email, and WhatsApp, managing tickets and customer records in HubSpot CRM. I resolve order, delivery, subscription, payment, and service issues while meeting SLA, response, and resolution targets.
