What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve complex SaaS or digital-platform issues, improve customer satisfaction through strong SLA performance, and collaborate with product and technical teams on process improvements.

I've delivered high-touch customer support at Teleperformance Nigeria, managing chat, email, inbound and outbound calls while maintaining 95%+ SLA adherence and SOP compliance.

I use Zendesk and HubSpot CRM to triage complex tickets, improve first-response time and CSAT, and investigate root causes that prevent repeat issues. Previously, as Community & Customer Support Lead at UUEX, I managed user inquiries and feedback across digital and social platforms, enforced community standards, and resolved friction points for global users.
