I’m looking for worldwide remote roles where I can deliver customer service, provide virtual/admin support, perform accurate data entry, and troubleshoot tech—using my leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication to meet targets.

I’m an accomplished Finance graduate with over 2 years as a Branch Manager (Kwara Branch) in a microfinance institution. I bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a client-first mindset to fast-paced, operational environments.

In my current role, I lead branch teams, supervise performance, and drive motivation while ensuring smooth daily operations. I manage client onboarding, loan processing, salary advances, investments, and regulatory compliance—while maintaining high-accuracy financial and client records through spreadsheets and internal systems.

I also deliver exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries promptly, offering financial guidance, and building long-term client relationships for retention and satisfaction.
