I've led operations and implementation work across Omni, Shakertins, Saaya/Milkshake Concepts, and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, coordinating teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, and customer-facing initiatives in high-volume hospitality environments.

At Shakertins, I led multi-site projects from planning through launch and improved the bottom line by more than 50% within three months. I also repositioned the lowest-performing location into the company's highest-grossing location through new programs, stakeholder alignment, team training, and performance tracking.

At Saaya/Milkshake Concepts, I directed day-to-day operations for a $4M+ concept and implemented operating and sales processes that increased a key revenue category by more than 20%.

At Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, I managed cross-functional operations in a $10M+ venue, supported a workforce of 500+ employees, increased food and beverage output by more than 40%, and exceeded Q1 2021 sales goals by more than 60% while remaining under budget. I'm continuing my project management development through UC Irvine coursework in planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and execution.
