I'm targeting category management, brand strategy, or commercial marketing roles with P&L accountability, where I can scale consumer businesses through product, GTM, e-commerce, and performance marketing.

I've built and scaled FMCG and quick-commerce categories at Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and RAW Pressery, spanning GTM, new product development, pricing, platform operations, and channel P&L ownership.

At Subko, I scaled quick commerce from zero to ₹20L per month in five months, improving CM2 from -33% to -3% through pricing optimisation, performance marketing, and fulfilment efficiencies. I also developed institutional streams including ₹20L+ in festive gifting and a Swiggy Snacc partnership at ₹8L per month.

At RAW Pressery, I generated ₹15 Cr. in top-line revenue for the cereals category and drove performance across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Earlier, I built content and social operations across sports media, managing large digital communities and campaigns for Delhi Capitals, CricketNext, and The Ring Side View.
