What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Support Advisor role where I can use multilingual communication, active listening, query resolution, and issue tracking to deliver prompt, customer-focused support in a fast-paced remote environment.

I supported more than 500 attendees as the front-line contact for Aditya University's annual Vedha fest, resolving registration questions, schedule conflicts, and real-time support requests.

I handle grievances calmly and empathetically while coordinating faculty, student representatives, and external guests across multiple channels. I also maintained participant records and registration logs in MS Excel for prompt reporting.

Through academic projects, I've built a Java-based seat guidance platform that helps students interpret counseling cutoff metrics and forecast college options. I also developed an Arduino Uno authentication system, troubleshooting hardware-software communication issues to maintain reliable operation.
