What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer support or customer success role where I can troubleshoot product issues, communicate clearly with users, document solutions, and follow through on resolutions.

I've supported students and recruiters at Lovely Professional University as a placement coordinator, answering eligibility, scheduling, and process questions while following up until issues were resolved.

I handled high volumes of repeat queries across calls, email, and messaging groups, shared timely drive updates, and maintained attendance records and status summaries for faculty coordinators.

I use SQL, REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger to investigate product issues, reproduce failures, read error messages, and communicate practical next steps to users.

Through an Employee Management API and an AI-powered Expense Tracker, I've built user-focused features, documented endpoints, added validation and readable errors, and worked backwards from what end users need.
