What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where clear communication and problem solving matter. I want to build a long-term career in customer service, handle customer issues to closure, and grow into a quality or team lead role.

I'm a B.Tech graduate seeking to build a long-term customer service career, using clear communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi to support a wider range of callers.

As a Technical Event Coordinator at Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology, I served as a first point of contact for participant queries and resolved schedule clashes, equipment issues, and late registrations while keeping events on time.

My engineering projects strengthened my root-cause problem-solving skills through Python, OpenCV, SQL, and web-based home automation. I'm ready to join immediately and am open to rotational and night shifts.
