What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level IT support or computer repair role where I can troubleshoot Windows, hardware, networking, and user issues while continuing to build hands-on technical experience.

I'm building hands-on IT support experience through Windows, PC repair, Active Directory, networking, and remote troubleshooting labs.

At Montreal Computers, I repaired and troubleshot desktop PCs and laptops, diagnosed hardware and software issues, and assisted with computer setup, testing, and technical support in a computer service environment.

My prior maintenance work at Courtyard Marriott strengthened my troubleshooting, repair, service-request response, and clear communication skills. I'm currently pursuing an AEC in Information Technology at V AC.
