What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support role where I can troubleshoot desktop, network, and connectivity issues, communicate solutions clearly to users, and continue building my IT skills in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

I'm currently providing front-line technical and guest support at Staybridge Suites Hotels, troubleshooting Windows computers, printers, peripherals, software, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and user-access issues. I also support workstation setup, software configuration, and IT equipment maintenance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
