I use Flow Designer to automate workflows and help keep operations moving without manual overhead. I also manage CMDB data integrity so the configuration information stays dependable.

My goal is to optimize IT service management processes using ServiceNow integrations and service automation. When the data and workflows line up, operational efficiency improves.
