I'm looking to lead technical implementations and API integrations for enterprise or SaaS products, partnering with customers, Product, and Engineering to solve complex interoperability challenges and drive successful adoption.

I've delivered end-to-end enterprise implementations across ServiceNow, Apty Software, Taboola, WebEngage, and self-employed SaaS engagements, taking solutions from requirements discovery through integrations, stakeholder sign-off, and go-live.

At Apty Software, I onboarded 15+ enterprise clients with zero escalations to senior leadership and partnered with Product and Engineering on a custom Single Page Application that contributed to a two-year contract renewal. At ServiceNow, I led post-sales onboarding and integrated Slack, Google Translate, and Microsoft Translator through RESTful APIs.

I build reliable interoperability across SaaS and enterprise platforms using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and cloud data tools. At WebEngage, I built a Zendesk webhook and JavaScript ticket-tagging automation that reduced manual effort by 55%.
