I am a technical support engineer and full-stack developer with hands-on experience diagnosing integrations, APIs, and production incidents for B2B customers. I blend troubleshooting rigor with software development skills to deliver stable, secure integrations and clear customer-facing solutions.

At Intercom I investigated API and webhook issues—auth, payloads, retries, and rate limits—owned final escalations for high-impact incidents, and built tailored demos. My work quality earned a recommendation to our QA-special team as well.

Previously at Dell I diagnosed enterprise hardware and software issues, coordinated field engineering and supplier resolutions, documented troubleshooting pipelines to speed handoffs, and supported onboarding and mentoring of new hires. At Digia I implemented API integrations and validated secure data flows for banking and lending systems.

I have built data pipelines and ETL tools in Python, scraped and analyzed publication datasets for a thesis project, and authored internal KB documentation and debugging guides.
