I’m a logistics and transportation procurement professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience at Yusen Logistics, covering Pan-India transportation procurement, international freight forwarding (Ocean and Air), and vendor management. I lead RFQ/RFP management, competitive rate negotiations, and contract discussions to protect service quality while improving costs.

In my current role as Senior Executive — Transportation & IFF, I spearhead centralized RFQ processes across 115+ carrier and 3PL partners and manage transportation pricing for inland international freight forwarding. I ensure timely, compliant Ocean and Air rate submissions while handling special tying for project cargo and semi-conductor air suspension movements.

I also own operational visibility through end-to-end TMS implementation, including vendor training and dashboard development in collaboration with technology teams. For key accounts, I run control tower governance to maintain SLA adherence and proactively resolve issues, while producing monthly data-driven MRM reports and KPI dashboards.

I’m Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and bring Kaizen and continuous-improvement thinking to logistics and warehouse processes, including Kaizen-based damage reduction during my Flipkart internship. I also champion sustainability—integrating CNG and EV fleet initiatives and supporting GHG emissions reporting at the GHQ level—while deploying the Yusen Excellence System (YES/CLT) to standardize performance across locations.
