I’m looking to lead end-to-end SCM and logistics execution with a focus on operational excellence, OTIF performance, and process improvement—partnering with cross-functional teams and scaling my SAP HANA-driven reporting to improve service delivery.

I’m a Supply Chain Management professional with 9 years of experience across Master of Business Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Materials Management, Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, Warehousing, and Export Operations. I currently work as Deputy Manager SCM at Balmer Lawrie & Co.Ltd, a Government of India Enterprise, leading operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration to support business growth.

I’ve led end-to-end supply chain operations—improving service delivery, optimizing processes, and managing cross-functional teams of up to 7 members to achieve OTIF targets. I was recognized by securing First Rank in the MBA 2014–2016 Batch, and I’ve strengthened my capabilities further through training in SAP HANA and exposure to SAP business processes and reporting.

In my recent roles, I’ve managed daily SCM execution to hit performance, quality, service, and OTIF targets, and I’ve supported order fulfillment and inventory synchronization to improve dispatch timelines.
