I am looking for a customer support role where I can resolve issues fast, using clear communication, empathy and de-escalation to improve client satisfaction and retention.

I am a Customer Support Specialist with certifications in HubSpot Customer Service, Zendesk, and Freshdesk. I resolve customer issues and manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism, built through hands-on practice and a background in education.

I am skilled in ticketing system management and written communication, including professional email responses for billing issues, technical problems, feature requests, and complaint resolution. I have practiced de-escalation techniques for angry customers while maintaining professionalism, and I maintained 100% response quality in practice scenarios by applying customer-first communication principles.
