I am looking for a role that challenges me and fosters my growth in hospitality.

I am a dedicated and results-driven professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at Bulacan Agricultural State College. My academic journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence, as evidenced by my recognition as both a Dean's Lister and a President Lister. I have gained hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality, including hotel operations, culinary arts, event planning, and tourism management. My education has instilled in me the strong Filipino values of warmth and hospitality, which I carry into my professional endeavors.

In my current role as a Sales and Reservation Officer at Lipad Lakbay Travel and Tours, I handle ticketing inquiries and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. My previous experiences in customer service roles have honed my problem-solving skills and adaptability, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced environments.
