I’m looking for a fully remote Customer Support or Technical Operations role at an inclusive, async-first company—where I can use clear ES/EN/DE communication, disciplined QA/QC, and hands-on technical troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly.

I’m a customer support and technical operations specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience across EV mobility, motosharing fleet management, QA/QC, audiovisual tech, and multilingual support (ES/EN/DE). I’m at my best when issues are complex, high-volume, and time-sensitive—and when clear, calm communication is the difference.

In recent roles, I handled end-to-end technical and service resolutions, coordinating with airlines, ground teams, and customs while keeping detailed case logs and real-time updates. I consistently de-escalated frustrated customers with solution-first communication, reducing repeat friction and improving outcomes.

I also bridge support and hands-on technical work, translating fault diagnoses into plain-language explanations and triaging customer needs without losing engineering accuracy.
