I’m looking for a role combining logistics operations, ERP/WMS-driven inventory control, and hands-on technical troubleshooting—so I can streamline order flow, reduce incidents, and deliver strong client service in a high-efficiency team.

I’m a Logistics and Customer Service Specialist with over 4 years of proven experience across customer support, logistics, and technical maintenance. I focus on improving operational efficiency through end-to-end order cycle management, shipping documentation control, and warehouse workflow optimization for wholesale and e-commerce environments.

In my most recent logistics roles, I handled inbound & picking operations using radio frequency order preparation, verified inbound shipping notes, and operated forklifts (EPT/OPT). I also supported production-ready packing workflows by operating industrial packaging machinery on continuous production lines.

On the maintenance side, I’ve worked as a Maintenance Technician and Administrative Assistant, performing troubleshooting on elevated work platforms (PEMP), managing work orders, and maintaining inventory control.
