What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business analysis and Agile delivery work where I can translate stakeholder needs into compliant, high-quality technical solutions, improve business processes, and collaborate across business, development, QA, and operations teams.

I've led requirements analysis, stakeholder workshops, technical specifications, and UAT delivery at Mir Tech, helping development, QA, and system integration teams stay aligned throughout the SDLC.

At TESTQ Technologies Limited, I led cross-functional onshore and offshore IT operations spanning 15 developers, 9 Business System Analysts, 5 PMO Analysts, and HR. I improved workflows, supported UK and APAC finance processes, managed ERP amendments and PMO operations, and delivered operational reporting on forecasting, invoices, payments, resource planning, and risk.

Before IT business analysis, I managed vendor performance and customer service operations at Flipkart, overseeing more than 2,000 large-electronics installations monthly and five external vendors. I supported Big Billion Sale delivery with 91% CSAT in 2019 and 97% CSAT in 2020.

I'm experienced in Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira project management, business process improvement, UAT, test planning, ERP operations, and stakeholder communication. My background combines an Engineering degree in E&TC with an MBA in Operations Management, alongside certifications in Six Sigma, Power BI, Jira Project Management, and Tata L1 Training.
