What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer success/support role where I can own onboarding, drive retention, manage CRM workflows, and improve KPIs through empathetic communication and efficient problem-solving.

I’m a dedicated Student Success and Customer Support professional with 4+ years of experience supporting clients in remote environments. I focus on resolving concerns, managing communication channels, and improving user satisfaction through empathy, organization, and effective problem-solving.

In my most recent role at OneMain Financial (USA), I managed high-volume customer interactions via phone and email while maintaining professionalism and empathy. I supported inquiries and account-related concerns, maintained accurate CRM records, and consistently met performance KPIs tied to response time, communication quality, and issue resolution.

Previously, at Wallets Africa, I handled customer inquiries and complaints across chat, email, and phone support. I also collaborated with internal teams to improve turnaround on issues and generated reports to identify customer trends and strengthen the support experience.

Earlier at PrimeGate Realty Support Services (Remote), I supported client onboarding end-to-end and managed follow-ups to improve engagement and retention. With hands-on experience using Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and tools like Google Sheets and Slack—and training through HP LIFE CX and Customer Service—I bring a structured, customer-centered approach to onboarding, conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and CRM-driven retention.
