What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, employer branding, and HR management while contributing to strong candidate experiences, accurate hiring operations, and engaged teams.

I'm building hands-on talent acquisition experience at KK Indonesia, where I source candidates, coordinate full-cycle recruitment, and create employer-branding content including TikTok talent engagement initiatives.

Previously at Monee and GAOTek Inc., I supported sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, assessments, candidate communication, ATS records, and hiring-progress reporting. At GAOTek, I was promoted to Assistant Squad Leader to support team operations and performance tracking.

With a Psychology degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, I bring knowledge of industrial and organizational psychology, HR management, competency design, and organizational behavior. I've also supported competency frameworks, KPIs, team feedback, mentoring, and community-development programs.
