I am a seasoned communication professional with over 12 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale campaigns across various sectors. My journey began with a Diploma in Broadcasting, followed by a BSc (Hons) in Media Informatics from Asia Pacific University. I have consistently met and exceeded monthly goals while managing multiple clients independently, even under high-pressure situations.

Currently, I serve as a Digital Change Implementer at Shell Malaysia, where I oversee the implementation of new systems and coordinate training for retailers. My role involves engaging with various stakeholders, monitoring project performance, and ensuring effective communication throughout the process. Previously, I have held positions such as Knowledge Management & Communication Specialist and Marcom Manager, where I developed and executed strategic communication plans and managed marketing efforts.
