What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can deliver reliable first-line support, grow my automation and engineering skills, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, cross-cultural team.

I’m a motivated engineering student in Germany with hands-on experience supporting IT users and improving service delivery. In my current role as a First Line Analyst for IT Support at Computacenter, I provide first-level technical support across systems and platforms.

I’m practical and process-driven: I log and track incidents using ITSM tools, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate when needed. I also document recurring technical issues to support continuous improvements and faster resolutions.

Beyond IT support, I build breadth through operational and technical work. As a Working Student – Accounts Payable (Kontokorrent) at Mercedes-Benz, I support finance workflows, and I’ve worked in the gas network sector as a Student Assistant at VKU.

My technical foundation is strong in automation and engineering. I’ve studied Automation Technology and Industrial Engineering, and I’ve developed skills in CAD (CATIA V5, SolidWorks), programming (Python, Java, C++), and engineering concepts like UML and Petri Nets—always aiming to turn complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
