I’m an IT Support Technician with experience in network troubleshooting, system configuration, and remote user support. I work directly with customers to identify issues and deliver clear, practical solutions.

I’ve supported users remotely and on site with connectivity and configuration problems, and I analyzed recurring network issues using TCP/IP diagnostics to improve system stability. I also set up and configured user environments, including software installation, access configuration, and device integration.

I’m strongly interested in VoIP and telecommunications, supported by a solid foundation in networking and system environments. I’m also building my knowledge through applied system security training and ongoing study in Computer Science at Technische Universität Clausthal.
