At District Office Heilbronn, I supported the introduction of a new user management system, including setting up and maintaining user accounts and access rights in the IT & Digitalisation department.
I studied Business Informatics at Heilbronn University, focusing on IT Management and Social Media Management. Coursework was largely completed, but I did not complete the degree; two examinations and the bachelor's thesis remained outstanding.
My other work experience includes preparing automotive parts for dispatch at Motorservice International GmbH and manufacturing rubber moulded parts and membranes at Gottlob Dietz GmbH. I bring a foundation in IT support, data management and process optimisation.
