What I'm looking for

I'm seeking new challenges and opportunities to leverage my product management and data analysis experience, delivering data-driven products, stronger client operations, and measurable business results.

I'm leading development and integration for a large fintech and govtech product at the Center for Strategic Initiatives. I developed one of three key subsidiary products and implemented it across all clients.

My work improved client operational performance from 35–40% to 85–95% and boosted project revenue by 100%. I design product roadmaps, build Power BI dashboards, extract data with SQL and Excel, and prepare stakeholder reports.

I lead a team of 10 consultants and two developers while analyzing government economic processes to support policy recommendations and client strategies. Previously, at Deloitte TCF LLP, I contributed to audit, strategy and operations, M&A, tax, and finance projects for international and local corporations.

My earlier product and business analysis experience at Beeline Kazakhstan and Sapa Software included customer requirements, database analysis, SQL, BPMN, UML, forecasting, and operational and marketing strategy work.
