I'm currently supporting Forward City Church and the Greene Family through executive, ministry, and household operations, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, special projects, and growth-focused recommendations.

At Elevation Church, I led 20–30 digital project requests each month across websites, campaigns, landing pages, and platform improvements for Elevation Church, Steven Furtick, Elevation Worship, Elevation Outreach, and Holly Furtick. I coordinated UX/UI designers, developers, copywriters, marketers, and advertising specialists through Agile planning, delivery, and review.

As Guest Experience Director, I supported approximately 400 volunteers and leaders, built onboarding for approximately 200 new volunteers and leaders each month, and created 15 SOPs, guides, and training resources. I focus on building structure, strengthening communication, and helping people feel welcomed, seen, and supported.

My background also includes customer transitions at Star2Star and rooms operations at The Ritz-Carlton, where I supervised approximately 30 employees and supported operational areas responsible for more than $1M in monthly room revenue. I bring more than 10 years of experience improving processes across nonprofit, hospitality, and digital environments.
