What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a collaborative, people-focused role in operations management, project or program coordination, design, higher education, school administration, or organizational leadership where I can improve systems, support teams, continue learning, and make a meaningful impact.

I've spent more than 23 years helping people, solving problems, and keeping organizations running smoothly through office operations, project coordination, executive support, and event planning. At Literacy First Charter, I improved office productivity by reconfiguring the space plan to create a calmer, more functional environment.

At Legacy Church, I developed systems and workflows to increase productivity, organized community events that supported congregational growth, and helped double the Children's Ministry. I'm reconnecting with the design industry while bringing the operational leadership, creativity, and client-centered perspective I developed through commercial tenant improvement and residential model home design.
