I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service with hands-on technical or account support—solving problems quickly, documenting clearly, and following compliance and safety standards to help customers and teams succeed.

I bring strong customer service, professional telephone etiquette, and effective issue resolution, working collaboratively while adhering to company protocols and business practices.

In IT Help Desk / Technical Support, I provided Tier 1 support by verifying users through authentication protocols, routing issues, and troubleshooting problems including virus & malware removal, email configuration, and basic network connectivity checks. I responded to tickets and messages with clear documentation of issues and resolutions to drive timely outcomes.

As a Customer Account Representative / Collections Specialist, I developed affordable payment plans, secured debit/ACH authorizations, and modified arrangements for disputed accounts while staying compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. I identified customer hardship cues, maintained accurate account information, and used automated collections software, Microsoft Outlook, and basic Excel to manage schedules and communications.
