I'm seeking remote, entry-level opportunities in finance operations, accounts receivable, healthcare operations, customer success, or scheduling and coordination.

At Comfort Home Healthcare, I verified Medicaid eligibility, reviewed billing and claims data, and resolved payment discrepancies and reimbursement issues before submission.

I audited client and billing records for Colorado Medicaid and home-care compliance, coordinated caregiver scheduling across high volumes of clients, and built Excel reports and dashboards for agency leadership. I also managed client and staff communication while maintaining detailed agency records.

Previously, I led shifts at Sweet Cow Ice Cream and founded MTV CubeSat, coordinating a cross-functional student team that launched the A3SAT project into the stratosphere.
