What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve healthcare access, patient outcomes, and operational performance through equitable revenue cycle, patient support, public health, or healthcare administration work.

I've supported specialty pharmacy operations at DirectRx Pharmacy and Wellnite, resolving denials, reducing aging accounts receivable, and helping patients access medications through coverage determinations, prior authorizations, appeals, and copay assistance.

At DirectRx, I progressed from Regional Patient Care Coordinator to Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst, owning Medicaid and BCBS Federal Plan billing logs, Medicare denials and rebills, secondary AR, reconciliations, and billing-error improvements. I also trained team members and partnered with leadership, credentialing, provider operations, and member support teams to resolve complex billing issues.
