What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business development or commercial leadership role where I can grow B2B revenue, build strategic partnerships, use market insights to identify opportunities, and lead teams that improve customer experience and operational performance.

I'm driving market growth for Ventures Onsite at Ventures Middle East by identifying opportunities, researching competitors, developing sales strategies, and managing a revenue-focused pipeline.

Previously at Parkin, I led a 30–40-member call-center team supporting parking inquiries, app support, and customer issues. I managed workforce planning, SLA performance, quality reviews, SOPs, and service improvements with cross-functional teams.

At Instashop, I supervised fleet and delivery operations across assigned zones for more than 50 riders, handling dispatch, escalations, audits, reporting, and service-quality improvements.
