What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR or operations opportunity where I can improve HR systems, employee engagement, compliance, workforce performance, and operational efficiency.

I've led HR, operations, and financial controls across restaurants, healthcare, youth development, and digital recruitment. Most recently at Majlis Restaurant, I managed daily operations for approximately 29–30 employees across kitchen, barista, service, inventory, purchasing, and staff coordination.

I strengthened inventory, portion-control, staff-meal, and order-management procedures at Majlis, while producing management reports on sales, costs, risks, and profitability. In my first 23 days of August, sales reached approximately $15,000, compared with approximately $16,000 for the entire previous month.

Previously, I managed HR for Waffle Inn and Meat-O-Max Restaurants, reducing turnover by 25% and payroll errors and administrative time by 30%. I've also supported HR operations at Clinix Healthcare Group and KYDI, and expanded Flowmingo's recruitment-platform outreach across East Africa and the Middle East.
