What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to leverage my engineering and customer-facing background to deliver exceptional technical support at scale. I’m available for on-call support.

At Metalabs Tech, I maintain backend services and RESTful APIs for SaaS applications, troubleshoot Next.js issues, and query SQL and MongoDB to investigate data inconsistencies. I also test API endpoints with Postman and work with Product and QA teams to reproduce and resolve technical issues.

At Ibex – Walmart Campaign, I supported customers with order, shipping, fulfillment, and product availability questions, documented issues, and escalated unresolved cases to Tier 2. I’ve also built full-stack applications with React and Django, and developed projects including a bore log data extraction pipeline and a complaint and utility management system.
